Our room was nice and had lots of natural light coming in through the skylight. the beach being so close by was awesome! 🌟

The location was good - it was close to the railway station, the harbour and the main beach. It was also close to a number of good restaurants (a special recommendation for the Auberge Provencal in Rue Pons)

The bedroom was small and lacking in furniture/equipment. The worst problems were the musty smell in the bathroom which permeated the whole room and the mosquitoes. The accommodation seemed expensive for what it offered. Recommendable only for its location.

Good location, very easy to find, there are a few signs with the direction. Good and helpful staff.

The rooms at Bel Ombra Hotel are like a breath of fresh air. The pastel colors and air-conditioning create a soothing and cozy atmosphere. With free WiFi and a flat-screen TV, I felt right at home. The private bathroom and safe were convenient for a disabled guest like myself.

I found the LCD TV in the room to be slightly small. But hey, it's just my personal preference.

Excellent location, very clean rooms, very friendly staff, it is calm and quiet all the time.

Very well-located - only 10 min walk to the beach

They said they had wifi in every room, but the signal did not reach to my room. This was very inconvenient as it meant I needed to sit in the lobby every time I wanted to be online. There was no air conditioning in my room. When I was on my way to the hotel from the airport I was struggling to navigate the bus options and called the hotel for help. They were very unhelpful. I asked them if the had a taxi number they could give me so I could call a taxi to collect me and they said they did not have any numbers - this is ridiculous, of they would have been able to give me some numbers. If they were really offering good service they would have offered to call a taxi to come get me - given my lack of French, this would have been enormously helpful.

Our room had a bathtub, the staff was friendly and attentive, the location was peaceful and conveniently close to amenities and the beach.
